Everything on our menu starts from scratch. Our batter is mixed daily, our toppings are sourced with care, and our coffee is roasted to bring out the flavors that pair best with a warm, crisp waffle.

The bar is open for coffee, espresso drinks, and juices throughout the day. In the evenings, the space shifts into a relaxed bar atmosphere with small plates and a curated drink menu.
Wafflavor has become my Saturday morning ritual. The waffles are genuinely the best in Evanston, and the coffee is surprisingly excellent. It's rare to find a place that gets both things right.
